A plastic surgeon afraid of romantic commitment gets caught in a lie while courting the much-younger woman of his dreams. To ease himself out of the problem, he enlists the aid of his assistant to pose as his soon-to-be-ex-wife. The ruse becomes even more complex when the doctor tries to lie his way through a trip to Hawaii and provide explanations for his “children.” Loosely based on the 1969 romantic comedy film, Cactus Flower, this new movie features cameos from some of Adam Sandler’s friends from Saturday Night Live.

Two married men with roving eyes get granted a hall pass by their wives to engage in adulterous behavior for one week without any consequences. Although the men have some trouble connecting to available women, their wives have a more successful outing during their week off from marriage. As viewers have come to expect from Farrelly Brothers’ films, this one includes wild comedy, raunchy talk, and nudity that aren’t quite for everyone.
